1 #10 can Tomato sauce
4 #10 cans Water
3 - 2 lb bags Mixed frozen vegetables
2-1/2 lbs Potatoes, raw, diced
1 head Cabbage, sliced thin
4 lbs Beef scraps
6 tbsp Beef base
Cook sliced cabbage, diced raw potatoes and roast beef scraps in
tomato sauce and water with beef base. Boil for approximately one
hour. Add mixed vegetables and cook an additional ½ hour or until
vegetables are tender.
