Amish Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
3 cups Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Shortening
2 tsp Soda
2 Eggs
Dash Salt
Mix together shortening, sugars, vanilla and eggs until creamy. Add
peanut butter. Add flour, soda and salt, mixing well. Drop onto
un-greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
