Amish Stuffed Peppers Recipe
4-6 Bell Peppers
1 can Diced tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel's)
1 box Minute rice
1 pkg Smoked turkey sausage
Prepare rice, and chop up turkey sausage into bite size pieces. Cut
the tops off of the bell peppers, drain the diced tomatoes and green
chilies. When rice is ready, add the tomatoes and green chilies; and
add the sausage. Mix well, and scoop into the bell peppers. Bake at
450 F for half an hour. Serve hot.
