Berlin, Ohio
In the early 1800’s, Berlin was one of the first villages settled in Holmes County. Today, Berlin has got to be the busiest town in Amish country, and was home to the county’s first factory. There are many shops, hotels and restaurants to choose from in this Amish country hub. Expect to find everything from furniture to a flea market in the town of Berlin. Also, Berlin is home to the Amish & Mennonite Heritage Center, which teaches the history of the Amish and Mennonite people through a huge 265-ft mural, Behalt!
